Domain Dashboard is the great toll to managing multiple domains.
There are many usefull functions helping webmaster to work with many sites hosted on different domains.
Fist of all you need to add all domain names to the program data base
Do it in Domains->Server
Choose nickname, enter IP or doman name, enter username and password of WHM and cPanel account and click on Save button.

You can check statistic data taking from AWstats on the server.
When you do it first time click on Update button (right bottom corner).
If you check checkbox in the opened window you get stat data for all domains setting on choosen server.
You get info about Number of indexed pages in Google, yahoo and MSN -total number and number of last change; number of backlinks;page rank;traffic; robots info.
When you check page rank be sure what kind of url is in your settings, go to Option->Statistic and choose or http://mydomian.com or http://www.mydomian.com
You can export stat info in exel file to your own computer.
You can manage and get ranking for sets of keywords for every site.
You can update all your sites via Mass FTP connections.
